Death Row

Tier 1 housing is in an area of Ascension City called Death Row. Every time low level housing/Tier 1 was won in a rumble, Solo would post a gif about Death Row. It was later confirmed the link.[1]
Solo suggested that people with this housing keep it tight. At one point he was going to DM people with this housing to talk about it.
Players meet Lyriel in the demo in Death Row for a karma point delivery mission, and find out why she is in Death Row during some eye opening dynamic conversation.[2]
