Jobs are determined largely by the player themselves. There have been jobs created for people, and people have created jobs for themselves.[1] Jobs are a way for players to contribute to the growth of the ecosystem[2] and progress your character.[3] Some jobs will be mindlessly pressing a few buttons, but others will have important actions tied to them.[4]

Official Description

For all players, whether they are a Resident, or Stori mode user, jobs in Destoria offer a range of opportunities for players to take on different roles and responsibilities, from police officers to warriors, business owners to construction crews, and everything in between. These jobs not only allow a sense of accomplishment and purpose within the ecosystem, but they also contribute to the growth and development of Ascension City. As players gain experience and complete tasks, they can move up the ranks and take on more responsibilities, earning higher pay and better rewards. Players can also choose to lightly customize and personalize their player’s jobs and specialize in certain areas of their profession. Additionally, players can purchase and use various equipment and tools to improve their performance in their job, making the job system in Destoria an engaging and rewarding experience.[5]
